The room was pretty small, but was perfect for what we needed it for. We were attending a friend's holiday party from out of town. The bed was firm, bathroom/shower section didn't have a solid door but it did the trick. Modern fixings and an amazing big screen TV that easily pulled up YouTube so I could watch my favorite gossip show while getting ready. My friend and I really liked our stay. Definitely a hotel in the middle of the city. Staff was great.

Stayed for 1 night. Location is good and close to pier 17. Also close to financial district, walking distance. There is parking garages within minutes of walking distance. Hotel is new, clean and very comfortable rooms. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We did not use the amenities. I would stay here again and recommend it.

This was my first time in New York & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is in close proximity to the mall , train station , The Brooklyn Bridge , eateries etc. The highlight during my stay was the front desk agent , Jeniqua! She provided excellent customer service to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. She stepped in for the bartender & prepared our drinks. She also gave us some tips for navigating through the city! I would definitely book this hotel again!

The room was decent. The bathroom is extremely small, and they use the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel instead of the small complementary individual size. I'm not crazy about using sharable size bottles, especially knowing other strangers have had access to the bottles, but that's just me. There's a small sofa in the room, but it's seen better days. The beds are extremely comfortable, so comfortable I called once I returned home to ask which mattress they use ( two different ones are offered on the Marriott bedding site) , unfortunately the housekeeping staff wasn't able to answer my questions and said they would connect me to the person who could . I left a message and no response back. Continental breakfast is expensive, 25$ a person. If you're working in the financial district, the location is good.

Was great for a weekend in NYC! The location was great for us and we were able to hit all the “big” things from Ellis island to Broadway show in not much time. Rooms were clean and the staff was so helpful. Highly recommend Hearth restaurant:)
